These Terms of Service govern your use of the ARHA website and your purchase of products from ARHA.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this website.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices accurately. However, minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography and manufacturing characteristics.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
ARHA reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, availability or listing errors at any time.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.
ARHA reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, pricing errors or product listing errors.
If an order is cancelled by ARHA after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. PAYMENT
ARHA accepts online payments through its payment gateway, including available UPI, card and other supported payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available where offered at checkout.
6. SHIPPING
ARHA currently ships across India through its delivery partner, Shiprocket.
Orders are generally dispatched within 4 days of being placed.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 days, depending on the destination and courier service.
ARHA currently offers free shipping on orders across India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside ARHA's control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays or other operational disruptions.
7. CANCELLATION
Orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed.
However, a prepaid order that has not yet been dispatched may be cancelled and is eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrectly delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
Size exchanges are available subject to the product being unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

9. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact and other information when placing an order.
ARHA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the ARHA name, logo, product images, photographs, text, graphics, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ARHA and/or DKS unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
11. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable or interfere with the website, its services or other users.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ARHA will take reasonable care in providing its products and services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARHA shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or delays caused by circumstances outside ARHA's reasonable control.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
ARHA may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future use of the website and orders.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes relating to these Terms or transactions with ARHA shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
